Thank you so much for that article (Rocky Balboa: a “Christian Boxer”?). I had barely heard about this movie until today and had no idea what was going on surrounding its release (as far as “church” involvement goes). It is absolutely sad, shocking, and utterly disgraceful how low the professing “Christian churches” have sunk!… The “churches” today are so far removed (practically light-years, it seems) from the New Testament standard in conduct and doctrine they are hardly recognizable.
Thanks Shaun – good reminder [the pamphlet The Great Whore of Revelation] in a day of spiritual amnesia…
I just wanted to say that I thank God for your ministry. You are truly a light in the darkness. God bless you.
Lord of the Rings and Chronicles of Narnia occult? Wow! Give me a break! I personally attribute you and yours to unclean, evil spirits. You have lucifer living inside you.
“Judge not and you shall not be judged. Condemn not and you will not be condemned. Forgive and you shall be forgiven.” Luke 6:37.
[Regarding] the movie Faith Like Potatoes and your comments in the review Faith Like Potatoes, or Biblical Faith? I simply wish to comment as follows, you obviously have not viewed the movie as all your comments are based on the critique of an unnamed reviewer. Surely you are aware of the danger of using second hand information when judging the work of God in our world. Jesus’ own journey to the cross for you and I is filled with hearsay and half truths from those wishing to condemn Him. Perhaps you do not agree with the teachings of Angus Buchan, but if you truly wish to question the results of his ministry you should take the time to watch the movie and even more, take the time to listen to his teachings…. I certainly will be praying for you to see past your obvious bias into the heart of a man who truly acknowledges Jesus as his Lord and Saviour. The church is faced with division from all sides and if you and I call ourselves Christian we need to stand united against this powerful ploy of Satan to undermine the church. May God bless you and give you a fresh unbiased insight into His work in our country.
