Introduction It is important to issue a disclaimer at the very outset: by reporting on and analysing these shocking events, we are not claiming that the churches and pastors involved are sound in the faith. All we know about them is what has been reported in the news, and what we have been able to learn about them online. In the case of the church pastored by James Coates, looking at its statement of faith we are in agreement with many aspects of it, but we have no further knowledge about the church or its members than this. As for the church pastored by Artur Pawlowski, if it has been correctly reported that this church celebrates the Jewish Passover, this is contrary to the New Testament and a denial of Christ’s finished work. This article is therefore not meant to convey that we are in agreement with the doctrines and practices of these churches.
Jesuit-Educated Dr Fauci Funded Research into COVID-19 Creation
Evidence emerged that some years ago Dr Anthony Fauci, the Jesuit-trained Roman Catholic at the very centre of the world’s response to the coronavirus, promoted a highly controversial type of research involving the manipulation of viruses to explore their potential for infecting humans! This was reported by Newsweek as far back as April 2020. In 2011 Fauci played an important role in promoting this research. He claimed that it was worth the risk involved. In 2014 over 200 scientists pressured the Obama administration to temporarily halt the funding for this research, because of the risk that a manipulated virus could accidentally escape a lab and start a pandemic.
Only if a political matter is a threat to the Christian Church, or fulfils Bible prophecy, is there any need for Christians to spend time analysing and exposing it. Believers need to look beyond this world’s issues, concentrating on spiritual matters, the building up of the true Church of God, the sanctification of the saints, the evangelising of the lost, and preparing for heaven; for they are strangers and pilgrims in this world, and are to live as such.
“You and I have a rendezvous with destiny. We will preserve for our children this, the last best hope of man on earth, or we will sentence them to take the last step into 1,000 years of darkness.” – Ronald Reagan
The Election was Fraudulent and Stolen, and America Has Fallen
America has fallen. Yes, it fell to Communism under Barack Obama. But then Trump swept to victory. This time it’s different. This time the entire election was stolen. And there may never be another free election again. Continue reading →
We are being told that there is a new strain of the coronavirus now, causing a “second wave” of infections in various parts of the world. Is this true? It appears so. The virus itself is real, and viruses mutate all the time, giving rise to new strains. This is natural. Inevitable, even. Actually, while some are saying there is one new strain, others are saying there is more than one – for example, that the South African strain is different from the one in the UK.
It may also be true that the new strain is more infectious than the original.
But is it deadly? Ah, this is an entirely different matter altogether. The virus is real; new strains will inevitably arise; but that a strain is an imminent threat to our lives is something we can no longer just believe because certain “experts” say so. They have been crying wolf for just too long now. Continue reading →
Claiming to be a Christian – but He is Not a New Creature in Christ
Kanye West, one of the world’s most famous rappers – we will not call it “rap music” nor call West a “singer” – a global megastar to addled youth, a foul-mouthed, sex-obsessed narcissist, and husband of Kim Kardashian, now claims to be a Christian. Continue reading →
In the late 1990s and into the 2000s there was a flood of movies and TV series glorifying witchcraft and the occult, resulting in an explosion of interest in the satanic dark arts. This has happened at various times in modern history. But the difference this time was that these stories presented even the most obviously evil themes and characters in a very good light, making them all the more attractive especially to young people. There was, of course, the Harry Potter series of books and the movies which followed, which depicted the young hero as a “good” wizard, with the books becoming the most popular book series in history, and the movies a phenomenal success globally. The TV series Charmed was about three young sisters who were depicted as “good” witches. It too became a massive success. And another TV series, Angel, actually depicted the hero as a vampire with a restored human soul, and therefore a “good” vampire. Continue reading →
In 2018 Samson, the latest screen version of the biblical hero and judge of Israel, was released. It purports to bring the story of Samson to life for the big screen. But it fails miserably, because it does not stick to the biblical account. In typical filmmaking tradition, those who made this movie felt that they could improve on the Bible. Essentially this was saying, “The account in God’s Word is good, but we can do better. We can flesh it out, add lies to the truth, and basically re-tell the story in a more exciting and believable way.” Of course the filmmakers did not actually utter these very words or anything like them, but in essence this is what they did. Angus Buchan’s “Day of Prayer” in the South African Parliament
On the 24th November 2017, prominent South African Charismatic preacher, Angus Buchan, was the speaker at a “Day of Prayer” held in the South African parliament. “Church” leaders from all over South Africa were invited, and attended. And not surprisingly, Buchan and his followers hailed it as a wonderful blessing and a sign of great things to come in South Africa.
Articles sufficient to fill libraries have been written, and will yet be written, by those inside the U.S. and around the world, analysing the victory of Donald Trump over that Jezebel, Hillary Clinton, in the 2016 presidential election, and it is not my intention to write reams about it myself, repeating what so many others have said. But a few comments are in order, from one who is an outsider looking in, who loves the great land of America.
