(I received the following email, evidently after the writer had read one of my news articles about what is happening to white South Africans. The name at the top of the email was very English, although he is clearly a black man, and evidently lives in an African country somewhere although he did not say which one. His attitude is that of many blacks throughout the world today - that white South Africans deserve all that is happening to them. I have corrected the spelling errors).
Yes Cry for Africa.
Not because of the Black Africans… no but because of you sanctimonious whites. It never fails to amaze me when I hear whites complain about conditions in African countries after the control has been turned over to blacks. First of all, whites should never have gone there in the first place. We had our own religions. We had our own social structure. We had been living here for thousands of years before we ever came in contact with the white man. We were not heathens. The white man is with his nuclear weapons. I don’t know of any black cultures that nuked anybody, or that manufacture guns. Yes guns, that the white man uses to flood the ghettoes and homelands of all blacks around the world, causing animosity between factions as he is doing in Africa and inciting wars in Iraq and other places strategic to his purpose.
And when that doesn’t work then they demonize us with lies like Aids and Ebola.
Oh and what about the hundreds of thousands of South Africans murdered by the Afrikaner Apartheid government. The atrocities in the Congo, America, South America and so on and on. And you say we are bad people. Whites have been killing Africans for hundreds of years. And now when it is turned on you, you cry foul.
Lying and stealing our history. Claiming that the ancient Egyptians were Caucasian. Whites spend enormous amounts of money concealing the truth that when all of Europe were barbarians, in Africa we had civilizations, libraries, universities. History you envy so your scholars make claim to it. The European, American and Asian cultures are all counterfeit copies of Black cultures. We built the pyramids in Egypt, Nubia, North and South America, Asia. Just look at the faces of the real sculptures. The first written languages, the Martial Arts (Shang Dynasty)…
You would not have your Christian faith which by the way is stolen from African religion. See: Horus and Jesus on google and the comparison… remember Horus lived 3000 years before the myth of Christ was invented by the Roman Piso.
Do your research before you make stupid statements about Africans. Get out and let us get your smell off of us.
Let us analyze his statements.
1) “Yes Cry for Africa. Not because of the Black Africans… no but because of you sanctimonious whites.”
No, we must cry for Africa because of what black Africans, steeped in Marxism, are doing to it. In time a fact so obvious that it cannot be kept hidden, not even by the most determined efforts of historical revisionists, will become evident to all the world: that the coming of the Europeans to Africa was the very best thing that ever happened to it. There are signs that many are already beginning to see and acknowledge it. Prior to their arrival, Africa south of the Sahara (often referred to as “black Africa”) was steeped in witchcraft, internecine warfare, slavery, cannibalism in parts, with no written language, no schools, no hospitals, no roads, no infrastructure, no wheel even, and most tragic of all, the message of Christ had not been heard. The Europeans brought all these things, and for a brief period, Africa advanced by leaps and bounds. Then, foreign eastern Communists began to propagate their devilish lies across the continent, and anti-white hatred rose, and one by one the African countries achieved their “independence”. And then Africa began to slide right back into the Dark Ages, to retreat from all its advances, back into that pre-colonial era of darkness, superstition, and backwardness. Africa is the world’s poorest continent, the world’s most violent continent, the world’s most disease-ridden continent, the world’s most backward continent. Yes, we should cry for Africa. But we should cry for it, because its hundreds of millions of people are ruled by corrupt, greedy, dictatorial African despots who are adept at milking their countries dry for their own benefit, but lack either the expertise or the will (or often, both) to enable their countries to advance and prosper. They are experts at blaming the white man for everything that is wrong in Africa, when the truth is that Africa’s problems simply cannot be laid at the white man’s door.

Like so many others, he evidently thinks that blacks simply sprung out of the soil of Africa. They too, like the white Africans, are settlers in this continent. Everyone, in fact, is a settler. It has been so ever since the three sons of Noah came out of the ark, and their descendants began to disperse through the world. From the mountains of Ararat men dispersed and settled, colonizing all the habitable places of the earth over time. And moreover, that process of colonization and re-colonization has continued through the centuries, as people groups continued to put down roots, or move on again, for the past 4000 years. When the white colonizers arrived in Africa, this was not something new: black colonizers had preceded them, often removing tribes and peoples who were here before them. In South Africa, for example, the Bushmen or San people were here before either whites or blacks arrived, and they were killed by both. Zulus, Xhosas, Afrikaners, English - all were settlers in their time, all were colonizers. Black people did not spring from Africa’s soil, white people from Europe’s soil, and red people from America’s soil! The fact is that these terms - “white”, “black”, “brown”, “red”, “yellow”, etc. - do not denote anything more than the amount of melanin in one’s skin. Blacks have a lot of it, whites don’t - but as the Bible says, God “hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth” (Acts 17:26). We all descended from Adam, we are one blood, we are all human beings.
Furthermore, if whites should never have come to Africa, then blacks should never have gone to Europe. It works both ways! But there are black Europeans today in their multiplied thousands, just as there are white Africans. The old cry heard throughout Africa as the “liberation movements” (terrorists) worked their evil work - “Africa for the Africans!” means what, exactly? Who are “Africans”? Anyone born in Africa is an African, anyone who has made Africa his home is an African. Are the Indians, who live in South Africa, Africans? Certainly they are. Are the few remaining Bushmen Africans too? Yes. Hutus and Tutsis are both black, and therefore both “African” according to the cry, “Africa for the Africans”; and yet in 1994 the Hutus would have told you, with hate in their eyes, that the Tutsis were cockroaches, not Africans. When Robert Mugabe, a Shona, massacred some 20 000 Ndebele in Zimbabwe in the 1980s, did he view them as being “Africans” in the same sense as his own Shona are Africans? Evidently not, or he would not have massacred them. Who, then, are “Africans”? Clearly, in the minds of many tribes in this continent, “African” means themselves. But in truth, there are Shona Africans, Ndebele Africans, Hutu Africans, Tutsi Africans, Bushman Africans, Zulu Africans… and yes, Afrikaner Africans, English Africans, Indian Africans.
And besides, whether this man feels whites should be here or not, the fact is, we are! What would he like to see done about this? One gets the feeling, reading his rantings, that he would have no objection to genocide. And sadly, his is not an isolated opinion.

So, because black Africans had their own religions and social structures before the whites came with Christianity, this man believes they should never have come! But the same could be said about Europeans: before the Gospel came to Europe, the various European tribes and nations had their own religions too. In fact, the same could be said of every part of the earth. This man seems to think that societies prior to the arrival of whites were static, settled, fixed, never-changing. History disproves this absolutely. Social structures are in a constant state of change, development, all the time, all over the world, and always have been. And as for religion, prior to the introduction of Christianity, other “missionaries”, for other religions, had propagated their beliefs in new areas, all the time, all over the world! Again, African religions didn’t just spring out of the ground. Tribes adopted particular religions, and rejected others, as they were prevailed upon and persuaded to believe one or the other. The Arabs, prior to the time of Mohammed, had various religions. Later they came to adopt Islam, through the violent persuasiveness of Mohammed and his fanatical followers. And the same happened all over the world, Africa included, with all kinds of religions.
4) “We were not heathens. The white man is with his nuclear weapons. I don’t know of any black cultures that nuked anybody, or that manufacture guns.”
So the definition of “heathen”, according to this man, is the one who uses nuclear weapons. An interesting definition, but hardly an accurate one. But I know what he means: that men who create and use such things as nuclear weapons are heathens in the sense that they are wicked people. Well, it does not matter what type of weapon is used: if a man uses any weapon to kill another man, other than in self-defence or in legitimate warfare, that is murder.
And as for saying that he does not know of any black cultures that “nuked anybody”, or that manufacture guns, this is a most pathetic argument. Black cultures simply did not have the technological ability or expertise to invent a nuclear weapon. But if they had, they most certainly would have done so - the heart of man is desperately wicked (Jer. 17:9): all men, blacks as well as whites.
5) “Yes guns, that the white man uses to flood the ghettoes and homelands of all blacks around the world, causing animosity between factions as he is doing in Africa and inciting wars in Iraq and other places strategic to his purpose.”
Once again, utter blind prejudice: the white man is the source of all evil, the greatest monster on earth. This man cannot even entertain the possibility in his mind that given favourable circumstances, all men, regardless of skin colour, commit evil deeds. And the very fact that he admits there is animosity between “factions” of black people demonstrates that the hearts of black people are far from being lily-white! For where does animosity come from? The blacks are perfectly willing to take the guns and readily use them! He deceives himself into thinking that if it wasn’t for the whites, blacks would all be kind, decent folk who live in peace and harmony. But animosity and fighting comes from within a man - from within his sinful heart. “For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders,” etc., Jesus said (Matt. 15:19).
6) “And when that doesn’t work then they demonize us with lies like Aids and Ebola.”
Not quite sure what he means here. Is he saying that Aids and Ebola don’t exist? Or is he saying that these diseases were created by whites to destroy blacks?

Like so many others who have been lied to, he believes that the Afrikaners who governed South Africa for so many decades were a bunch of murderous Nazi-like thugs who massacred blacks in their hundreds of thousands. What a lie! A lie that has been perpetrated for so long by the liberal media, etc., that many around the world believe it, even though there is not a shred of evidence to support it. Far, far more black people died violently as a result of the terrorist revolution which the African National Congress (the vile black terrorist outfit that now rules SA) orchestrated, than ever died at the hands of the Afrikaner government. And far, far more black people have died since the ANC came to power in 1994, than ever died at the hands of the old Afrikaner government. The white Afrikaners never massacred blacks in their hundreds of thousands, as this man and so many like him claim! They did not even massacre them in their tens of thousands, and not even in their thousands, or in their hundreds, let alone in their hundreds of thousands! In fact, the black population increased dramatically during the decades of Afrikaner rule, and in the previous decades when the British ruled SA.

Certainly, terrible atrocities have been committed by whites. But terrible atrocities have been committed by blacks as well! - indeed, by all peoples! It is the sinful, depraved nature of mankind. No one colour has a monopoly on committing atrocities. For example, he mentions the Congo, where atrocities were committed by the Belgian colonialists; but the Congo also experienced shocking atrocities at the hands of black tyrants like Mobutu and Laurent Kabila! So no, it is not that black people alone are “bad people”, as he implies white people think. The truth is, all people are bad people! “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: there is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. They are all gone out of the way” (Rom. 3:10-12).
As for his statement that “whites have been killing Africans for hundreds of years”: first, as pointed out above, equating “Africans” solely with “blacks” is incorrect. There are whites who are Africans, just as there are Arabs who are Africans, and not only blacks. Second, it’s true that there have always been whites who have killed blacks; but likewise there have always been blacks who have killed whites; and in fact, blacks have bene killing blacks for hundreds of years too!
“And now when it is turned on you, you cry foul.” No matter who is killing who, it is always wrong; it is always sinful. But let me state this categorically: there was never any deliberate, cold-blooded campaign by the white government in South Africa to completely exterminate any population of blacks; whereas there most definitely is a deliberate, cold-blooded campaign in black-ruled SA today to exterminate the white farmers (just as there was in Zimbabwe recently).

The word “Caucasian” has unfortunately come to be applied, by some, to the “white” race of mankind. Biblically, the ancient Egyptians were Hamites - they were descended from Noah’s son Ham (see Psa. 78:51; 105:23); thus it would be incorrect to claim that the Egyptians were “whites”, and I have not heard of any whites who make such a claim (although there may be).

There is a movement afoot these days, in certain black historical revisionist circles, to attempt to re-write history, making the absurd claim that all the great civilizations in the world were in fact civilizations of black Africans. Clearly this man has bought into this historical lie.
It is true that there were great civilizations in North Africa: Egypt being the best example. And the ancient library at Alexandria was an intellectual wonder of the world. But what about Africa south of the Sahara? Yes, there were great civilizations in places: the empire of Great Zimbabwe was one (not the modern Marxist state known as Zimbabwe, but the empire that was governed from a place called Zimbabwe hundreds of years ago, and which now lies in ruins). These civilizations were often well-run, prosperous, organized, and they traded with far-flung parts of the world - Asia in particular. Certainly they often had much to commend them, and in some instances could be described as great; but these black African civilizations had no written language, and they lacked many of the skills found in the great civilizations of Europe and Asia, for example. They did not have the wheel, they made no cloth but wore animal skins, they made very few real technological advances. And thus, although whites in the past often made the mistake of assuming that black Africans did not have any great civilizations, today many blacks are making the mistake of assuming that these civilizations were far in advance of anything seen in Europe or Asia. The facts simply do not bear this out.
To claim, as this man does, that whites envy the history of black Africa and therefore make claim to that history is simply absurd. And then to claim that “the European, American and Asian cultures are all counterfeit copies of Black cultures” is to take absurdity to a new extreme. This is an absolute historical fallacy. The Europeans did not copy black African culture in any sense - in fact, they had no real idea of who even lived in Africa south of the Sahara until comparatively recent times. Africa was the “Dark Continent”, the unknown continent, the mysterious continent, until European explorers began to penetrate its interior and to return with tales of what they found. The same could be said for the Asians - they knew little or nothing of the African interior, for the most part.

Again, historical revisionism. The attempt, by certain blacks who either live in or originally came from Africa south of the Sahara, to claim a history that is not theirs and attribute all the greatness of ancient civilizations to themselves.

He believes that the Lord Jesus Christ was a myth invented by the Romans; yet he believes that Christianity was stolen from African religion. If I understand him correctly, he apparently believes that Horus was true, and was worshipped by black Africans, and then a Roman took the truth about Horus and distorted it into the myth of Christ. What nonsense. Apart from the perfect, infallible record of the Lord Jesus Christ in the pages of the Bible, there is ample evidence even from history that Jesus of Nazareth was a real historical figure. The Jewish historian Josephus referred to him twice as being a true historical figure. The pagan Roman authors Cornelius Tacitus, Gaius Suetonius, and Pliny the Younger, all referred to him in their writings. There are also references to Him in the Jewish rabbinical traditions. He is mentioned in the Jewish Talmud. In fact, the evidence for the historicity of Jesus is so overwhelming that Rousseau, an infidel, was forced to admit, “Shall we suppose the Evangelic History a mere fiction? Indeed, my friend, it bears not the marks of fiction. On the contrary, the history of Socrates, which nobody presumes to doubt, is not so well attested as that of Jesus Christ.”
But who was Horus? Firstly, he did not live 3000 before Christ; for the worldwide flood of Noah’s day occurred just over 2000 years before Christ was born, and no records of that pre-flood world remain. Secondly, soon after the flood a vile Mother-and-Child religion was created by a wicked man named Nimrod and his equally wicked mother, which subsequently spread all over the world in different forms (and is brought to its height of iniquity in Roman Catholicism, where “Mary” is worshipped even more than the false, Roman Catholic “christ”); and in ancient Egypt, the mother-goddess was known as Isis, and her son was known as Osiris, the sun-god. But as the child-god, Osiris was most frequently known as Horus! (The Two Babylons, by Alexander Hislop, pgs.20,151. Loizeaux Brothers, Neptune, New Jersey, 1959.).
Thus Horus was a name that was applied, in ancient Egypt, to a man named Nimrod, who lived in those first generations after the flood; and who subsequently came to be worshipped by the heathen worldwide, in different forms. And the truth is, it was not Christ who was based on Horus, but in fact the other way around! For the Mother-and-Child religion is nothing but a heathen attempt to set up a heathen rival to the true Messiah, Christ the Son of God, who was born of a virgin in the fulness of time! In the centuries before He came in the flesh, the heathen knew that the Scriptures promised that one day a child would be born who was the Son of God; and so they attempted to set up a rival “divine son” (who was of course nothing of the sort). Biblical Christianity was not stolen from African religion! The Bible is the Word of the living God, and was given by divine inspiration (2 Tim. 3:16). “For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost” (2 Pet. 1:21).
13) “Do your research before you make stupid statements about Africans.”
That’s just it, Sir: I have done the research. But besides that, let me state this, lest I be accused, by men such as this man, of being a “racist” (for this has become the favourite pathetic tactic of so many black Africans - to cry “racist!” at every opportunity): Europeans, Africans, Asians, Americans; and white Africans, black Africans, white and black Europeans - we are all in the same boat - we are all sinners in the sight of God! This is why Christian missionaries take the Gospel of Christ to the Africans, and to the Europeans, and to everyone else. Blacks are by no means greater sinners than whites. All have sinned and come short of the glory of God (Rom. 3:23). And as a Christian and a Gospel minister, I long for all men, whether black, brown, white or any other colour, to hear the good news of the One who came to save sinners: the Lord Jesus Christ.
But that being said, the fact remains that in Africa today, the white man is being made to feel that he does not belong, that this is not his home, that he should not be here - and whites are being murdered, raped, and driven out of the land that is their home, by blacks. And I will not keep silent about that.
14) “Get out and let us get your smell off of us.”
A hate-filled, racist statement if ever there was one! Imagine how blacks would scream and shout if whites in Europe said that blacks must get out of Europe so that they could get their smell off them! Well, Sir, the history of black-ruled African countries shows what happens when whites are driven out. Under white rule, Africa prospered, it advanced, it surged ahead and was catching up with the rest of the world. But as one African country after another gained its “independence”, this continent began a rapid return to the Dark Ages. Four decades of African “independence” have provided example after horrifying example of African corruption, dictatorship, tyranny, violence, cruelty, pillage, rape, cannibalism, torture, on a scale so vast that it defies proper description. In one African country after another, whites have been killed and driven out; and yet in each case, the country has gone backward, not forward, as a result. Is it racist to say such things? I can hear the screams of outrage. But no, it is not racist at all; it is simply the truth, easily verified. It is way past time that black Africans quit screaming “racism!” at every turn, and start to face up to the stark reality that they (not the colonials, not the Afrikaners, not the English) - they have failed to uplift the African people, they have in fact destroyed all the progress that Africa made under white rule, and that Africa is the world’s disaster area because of corrupt black African governments. When the whites pulled out of one country after another, they left behind them well-ordered, functioning, progressing countries, with excellent infrastructure in place, ready to continue advancing for the well-being of the people. But it took the new black leaders no time at all to trash it all. And look at Africa today.
These are the facts. In a better time, people looked at the facts. Today they pussyfoot around them because they are afraid of offending someone’s sensibilities. Germany during World War Two was responsible for engulfing the world in a horrifying war, and its maniacal leader was a tyrant, a monster, and no one in the Allied countries was afraid of saying so. Yet today, and for over forty years, black African countries have been responsible for horrifying atrocities, massacres of their own people, and their leaders are tyrants and monsters - and yet whites are supposed to pretend that all is well, turn a blind eye, or even excuse it all as being the “legacy of colonialism” or “legacy of apartheid” that is at fault, instead of stating the truth that stares the whole world in the face. Enough! The German nation was responsible for the horror of World War Two, Arabs were responsible for the terrorism of September 11, 2001, and black Africans are responsible for the ruination of their countries in Africa today. Those are the facts. Black Africans, as well as white liberals, are always looking for someone else to blame, like a guilty child who points at his sibling and says, “It’s his fault!” It is time they grew up and accepted responsibility. Whites are a negligible minority in most African countries today and have been for decades, and even in South Africa they are politically inconsequential today. Colonialism ended decades ago, apartheid ended (for all practical purposes) some fifteen years ago. The time for blaming whites is long past, if indeed there ever was a time for it, considering the immense benefits that came to Africa through the white involvement on this continent.
But of course, the possibility of African leaders accepting any kind of responsibility is remote, to say the least. It is far too convenient for them to continue to blame the whites for everything that is wrong with Africa, while they continue to milk their people dry and to live in the lap of luxury.
Yes, cry for Africa. Weep for it. And Christian: pray for it! For unless the Lord intervenes mightily, there is no hope for this continent.
